Punta Arenas- Puerto Natales: Next we head south to Patagonia all the way to the south of Chile. We wish we had a rented a jeep since getting there can be tricky. Arriving at Punta Arenas, the last bus leaves at 8.30 so it’s super important to book the bus to Puerto Natales. From Puerto Natales to Torres Del Paine there are only 2 buses (7:30 am or 2:30 pm) so we decided to stay a night in Puerto Natales.
Starving at 10.30 pm and afraid that we might have to eat some junk…we thank our lucky stars when we discover Afrigonia! Yeah, I know the name is but cheesy -Africa + Patagonia fusion- however consider this, It’s is one of our favorite places in Chile to eat at and we would stop there every time we go back! Ceviche, grilled veggies, seafood curry and Lamb chops make us forget our 5 hour flight and 3 hour bus ride to Puerto Natales.
